Rotary Pleaters
CROYBILT FIXED HEAD
Fixed head rotary pleaters offer some of the highest speeds possible. Our designs allow smooth style to style transition when multiple medias and pleat heights are being used on the same machine in embossing or standard scoring designs.
Standard machines run up to 1.3 meters wide with integrated unwind, slitter/perforators and pre/post heating sections. Other options also available upon request when custom designs are preferred.

Servo driven rotary pleaters offer the ultimate balance between speed and flexibility. With the ability to change pleat heights and media types at the press of a button, using the same scoring rollers, Croybilt servo machines can help reduce changeover time and increase through-put in a variety of applications.
CROYBILT SKIP PLEATERS
The Croybilt Servo-driven Skip Pleater allows operators to quickly switch pleat heights between 1.5” and 3” with the innovative one-step pleat height adjustment feature. The pleat count is easily inputted into the data control box along with the desired pleating speed. The payoff is the quiet, easy, efficient operation, minimum set-up, maximum output (300-500 ppm), low maintenance and quick ROI.
