CROYBILT
ROTO-PLEAT TT
The latest style of mini-pleaters to join the Croybilt line. The new oscillating conveyor design delivers impressively straight vertical pleats at heights and speeds that rival even the most expensive systems.
An integrated servo-controlled Roto-Pleat scoring system provides crisp pleats on medium to high efficiency glass media at a user selected pleat height in a wide range of glue bead patterns and thicknesses.
This system can also be easily integrated with a blade pleater to enable glue bead application to a wide range of synthetic, cellulose, glass and multi-layer medias.
ROTH MPS
The MPS is designed to be integrated with the MFM2-S to provide a seamless mini-pleat line capable of handling glass, synthetic, cellulose and bonded multi-layer media. The MPS can easily handle both foaming and non-foaming glues courtesy of a world-renowned Puffe hotmelt system.
The multi-function operator display allows for easy setup and selection of user-defined programs and integrates an ultra-clear touchscreen LCD display which shows the exact glue pattern to be applied.
CROYBILT
ROTO-PLEAT H/S
The Roto-Pleat models H & S have grown in popularity over the past decade due to the simple, reliable and proven design. Both systems include everything needed to manufacture glue bead spaced, high and medium efficiency glass pleat packs.
Model H offers automatic control and allows users to store programs for easy recall, pleat-pack replication and includes automatically adjusting servo motors providing a higher level of precision over manual systems.
Model S is our standard machine and incorporates many of the great features found in more expensive machines, but with a few manual adjustments and does not allow for the storage of programs as in models TT and H.
